SHIPPING will ship the final product to the given shipping address. The customer will receive an email address when the order has been shipped.
The shipping fees will be paid by the customer.
The purchase receipt corresponding to the order will be available at once the purchase has been completed and a confirmation email has been sent. It can be accessed via the link ‘my purchase history’. The original purchase receipt includes shipping fees and tax. will ask their customers to specify a place to deliver the order. The delivery date will depend on the location of the customer and if the order is a doll in stock or one made to order. For a product in stock being shipped within Spain this should take from around 3 days to a week. For a purchase from outside Spain, this is a minimum of two weeks.

For dolls made to order, the delivery time will vary from TWO TO FOUR WEEKS, counting from the moment payment has been made by the client.

During some periods of the year, it is possible that the delivery time will extend what has been indicated. In any case, these circumstances will be outlined in the order details.

All products sold may be returned up to 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Spanish Retail Law for retailers.

Previously, the customer should indicate their reason for return via email to who will respond from another email address specifying the instructions for returning a product.

The shipping fees will be at the customers expense.
The refund to the account of the client will be made within 7 days after the receiving of the product. The refund will not take place if the product returned shows any sign of use.

The product must be returned correctly protected, in its original packaging, in a perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all the accessories, instructions and documentation. They will be sent to the address specified by in the instructions outlined for returns via email.
Packages returned must contain the attachments to identify the sender (such as order number, name, address).

The charges and risks associated with the return of the product will be cared for by the sender who is responsible for sending it in a safe way, with the necessary guarantees that the product arrives back in a perfect state.

Made to Order Products:

Products that have been made to order are made expressly for each client, with the characteristics they have chosen. For this reason, changes or returns of this type of product will not be permitted.
Exceptions will be made where the product is damaged or incorrect, in which case the damaged or incorrect product will be replaced by a product in perfect condition or the customer may also choose a refund of the cost paid.


LILIANA REBORN will NOT be responsible for any import or custom fees when your order arrives in your country. We have no control over the customs rules and regulations of any country. For more information on what to expect when boxes arrive in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Please do not ask us to mark the customs form as a gift or for any other value than is shown on the invoice. We will not do this. It is against International Customs Laws and is considered illegal.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
